Changes to WHM Visa
With effect from 1st July 2006 you will be allowed to work with any one employer for a period of 6 months. This change affects both new applicants and existing visa holders.
For people whose visa was granted after 1st July 2006 there is also an increase in the study training limitation from 3 to 4 months and increases in the definition of ‘Seasonal Work’ in Regional Australia.
